We want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchases and with our services. We understand that online shopping can be tricky and want to help you get the correct order. We stand behind all our products and want to make sure you find your perfect swimwear or resort wear.

How to request a return or exchange

Items can be returned or exchanged by contacting us through Info@belazurro.com

Please mention your order number, name and the item(s) you wish to return or exchange. We will reply you within 24 to 48 hours.

Please note we only accept returns or exchanges within 14 days from delivery of your order.

Steps of returning/exchanging your purchases

  • Please try on your bikini bottoms/one-pieces and clothes over your underwear.
  • Place items with tag/hygiene sticker that all are attached in original condition.
  • Place items back in garment box.
  • Email us and fill out your return form, we will provide you with the return address.
  • Once we receive your return and confirm that it is in original condition, we will issue store credit and send you a confirmation email.

Terms & conditions

  • When trying on your items you always must wear underwear.
  • We will only exchange when items are with original tags in place, sanitary stickers still on place (applicable for swimwear only), not washed, not worn, not altered, not damaged ( no deodorant, perfume, makeup stains, etc.), include the original packaging and any related accessories or instruction books.
  • Items marked down (sales) are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • There will be no exchange on hats and jewellery.
  • Returns that include any of the items that are not subject to return or exchange, that have not the required labels, sanitary stickers or is damaged or soiled, will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer.
  • Refund will be issued within 2 to 3 business days upon receiving the returned items.
  • Shipping costs are not provided by Belazurro.
  • Please take care to preserve any other product packaging.

Damaged or incomplete items

Orders are thoroughly checked and photographed before shipment. Should it still be that any of your items have been delivered without tags or sanitary labels in place, your product(s) has a manufacturing defect, goods are damaged, or the order was not correctly fulfilled, please contact us, within 2 days from delivery of your order, on Info@belazurro.com
